On July 13, the vice dean of the college of shipbuilding engineering of Harbin Engineering University, Kang Zhuang, executive deputy dean,  Li Zhichao and senior specilalist,  Wei Tianjiao accompanied the director of the institute of Oceanographic instrumentation Shandong Academy of sciences,  Zheng Tie and his 4 colleagues to have a visit for the exhibition hall of Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, and went to the Nanshan Port to investigate the sea trial conditions.
