On June 21, 2024, Zhang Chao,the first-class researcher from the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, ledthe team to investigate the construction situation of the two Hainan Provincial postgraduate workstations jointly built by the Nanhai Institute of HEU, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Haimu Testing Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd., and the Hainan Deep-sea Technology Innovation Center. Relevant personnel from the Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration, the Nanhai Institute of HEU and the two workstation-establishing units accompanied the investigation.

The two Hainan Provincial postgraduate workstations jointly built by Nanhai Institute of HEU with China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Haimu Testing Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd. and the Hainan Deep-sea Technology Innovation Center are among the first batch of provincial postgraduate workstations in Hainan Province. They are important platforms for Nanhai Institute of HEU and each workstation-establishing unit to explore innovative talent cultivation models and scientific research cooperation.
