On November 1st，Guo Hongyi and his colleagues firstly visited the exhibition hall of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, and sub-interpreted the planning and construction of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, followed by a discussion and exchange.

At the seminar, Li Zhichao introduced the basic situation of scientific research, talent training and laboratory platform construction of Nanhai Institute. Guo Hongyi said that there is a very wide scope for cooperation between  Hainan Earthquake Agency and Nanhai Institute of Harbin Engineering University, and he hopes that both sides would carry out in-depth cooperation in joint research projects, internship and employment of talents, as well as sharing experimental platforms.

The two sides reached a consensus on the intention of cooperation and will give full play to their respective advanteges, improve the cooperation mechanism, and carry out precise docking around talent training and talent transfer to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
